Gift Certificate and Online Payments Terms & Conditions

Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value. We cannot offer a cash refund for any unused portion of the gift card. Gift cards are only good for residential and (non-commercial) services in our service area. Gift certificates cannot be combined with coupons and promotional discounts. Since gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, it is recommended that you store this gift card in a secure place. Any amount in excess of the face value of the gift certificate must be paid directly to the provider. Any prepaid cleanings will have the same terms and conditions as the gift certificates policies. All promotional purchases cannot be used for a move out or move in cleaning. Also, all promtional gift certificates cannot be used during the week of a holiday.
